Mitsubishi Van Leasing and Mitsubishi Van Contract Hire

Mitsubishi Vans ups are versatile, reliable and up for any job. These great looking pickups have all the perks of a modern day car including comfort, affordability and safety, but on the other hand have the awesome strength to tow over 2,700kg.

The revamped Mitsubishi L200 Warrior is one of the most sought after and rugged pick-ups on the market. In fact The Mitsubishi L200 has dominated the UK pick-up market since 1998, and continues to sell in huge numbers.

Many owners love the Tonka Toy looks inspired by the Paris-Dakar Rally-winning Pajero Evolution. Inside, the dash, door cards and centre console will stand up to a lot of abuse and there's plenty of legroom in the back cab which puts some so-called family cars to shame. Leaf-spring suspension allows the L200 to carry heavy loads (more than 2.3 tonnes) and the 134hp engine together with 4WD makes overtaking and travelling off-road to sites a painless affair.

History Of Mitsubishi

The Mitsubishi Group began life as a shipping firm created by the Japanese industrialist Iwasaki Yataro back in 1873. A loose conglomerate of different business ventures, Mitsubishi did not in fact launch its first motor vehicle until 1917 when the Model A was released.

It would take a further 52 years until Mitsubishi Motors was finally established as an independent company. Nowadays, Mitsubishi occupies sixth place in the Japanese automotive market, and 16th place in the global market as a whole.

Mitsubishis light commercial vehicle endeavours have been centred on pickup vehicles, specifically the Mitsubishi Warrior. This LCV has been in production since 1978 and has performed well in markets all over the world, albeit under different names.

Known variously as the Triton, the Mighty Max, the Storm, the Strada, the Magnum and the Colt; the Mitsubishi Warrior has been slowly expanding in global popularity since its first release back in the late seventies. The fourth generation of the Warrior was launched in 2005 and exported to an astounding 140 global markets.

Amongst the reasons for this global success is the trademark Mitsubishi look that is common to all the companys vehicles. That rough and ready exterior, with its rugged bodywork, is what gives potential buyers the confidence to invest in a Mitsubishi light commercial vehicle.
