New LCV’s for leasing customers!
French vehicle manufacturers Citroen have announced that they are to unveil two new vans at the upcoming Commercial Vehicles show in Birmingham.
The new Citroen Berlingo and Dispatch will be on show for the first time at the CV show in April, both boasting a raft of new features and gizmos to tempt potential customers.
The new Berlingo will be more versatile than previous models and will feature the new Extenso folding bench passenger seat. The latest model will also have a maximum load capacity of 4.1 cubic metres, up from the 3.7 cubic metres currently available.
The Dispatch, meanwhile, boasts the new ‘volt-control’ function, recently featured on the Citroen Jumpy Multispace passenger vehicle, which helps optimise battery performance. The Dispatch’s new look frontage is not just a cosmetic enhancement either; its manufacturers describe the new design as being “far more aerodynamic” and greatly effective in reducing fuel consumption.
Citroen’s commercial vehicle operations manager Scott Michael is upbeat about the prospect of the two vehicles making their debuts in Birmingham;
“Our CV Show display demonstrates Citroen’s advanced technology,” he said. “This results in some of the most fuel efficient and lowest emission vehicles available in the UK.”
Citroen’s latest offerings, plus a whole host of other light commercial vehicles, will be on display at the Commercial Vehicles Show at Birmingham’s NEC, between the 12th and 14th of April.
